​Coastridge Basset Hounds

Hi!

My name is Päivi Hakala and I live in a small village called Ruovesi here in Finland.

All started in 1994

 

My first Basset hound was Tervahovi Pik-Antti (1994-2003), he´s breeder was Irene Kanninen. He was a true son of character :) then I knew that my breed will always be the Basset Hound.

 

Next came Tervahovi Risto-Reipas (1996-2005), also from Irene Kanninen.

 

The first bitch Basstrick's All Or Nathing (2002-2014) arrived 2002 and her breeder was Teija Valkama.
It was also my first litter dam in 2007, sired by a great Brazilian import Br Lake Park John Lennon.

 

In 2006, I brought the Czech Republic male called Urquel Moravia Bray (2006-2014), he's breeder was Jindriska Novakova. He is also the father of the litter B in 2010.

 

2011 brought the bitch from Poland called Itaka Trzcianecka Zlaja, her breeder was Piotr Halama

 

Litter C is from the year 2013 whose father is Zeus Moravia Bray.

Unfortunately, the last two litters have been very small, only one pup each.

 

Latest litter D was big, we had eleven puppies, four males and seven females whose father is Curry Varnalesa.
